Damaged or wrong product

If your delivered product is damaged or the item supplied is incorrect, Ayush Shop will arrange an exchange after reviewing the issue. Contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.

How to request help

Email admin@ayushbd.com, call 01716-190836 or message our official Facebook page. Include your order number, the issue you experienced and clear photos if available. Keep the item, accessories and packaging while we discuss the exchange.

Before returning an item

Please contact us before sending a product back. We will confirm the collection or return arrangement, destination and any applicable cost. Do not send a return to the business address without first confirming the arrangement.

Other returns and cancellations

We arrange an exchange if a delivered product is damaged or you receive the wrong item. For change-of-mind returns or product-specific conditions, contact us before purchase.

Refund requests

If an exchange cannot resolve the issue or you are requesting a refund, contact us with your order details. Once a refund is approved, we will explain the amount, method and expected processing time.

Order changes

For a cancellation or address change, contact us promptly before dispatch. If the courier already has the order, we will explain the options before agreeing on any further arrangement.
