Before you pay

Review the product, quantity, delivery details and full order total. Contact us before payment if a price or charge is unclear. Use only payment instructions provided through the official website or confirmed store support channels.

Payment confirmation

Keep your order number and payment reference where one is issued. If a payment appears unsuccessful or duplicated, contact us with the reference so we can review it before you attempt another payment.

Keep your credentials private

Do not share your mobile-banking PIN, card security code, account password or one-time verification codes in support messages. We do not need those credentials to answer an order enquiry.

Refund questions
