Our delivery partner

Ayush Shop uses Steadfast Courier to deliver orders. Please provide a complete address and a reachable phone number so the courier can coordinate delivery.

Delivery charges

Review the delivery charge displayed at checkout for your address. If the charge is unclear or your location needs a special arrangement, contact us before placing the order. Free-delivery offers apply only when they are expressly confirmed for an eligible order.

Delivery timing

The expected delivery time depends on order processing, stock availability and the courier's service to your area. Delivery estimates are provided according to the order and destination. Contact us for an estimate before ordering if you need a product by a specific date.

Dispatch and delivery enquiries

For an update, contact us with your order number. If a courier reference has been provided, keep it available for tracking or delivery enquiries. Address changes are easiest to arrange before dispatch.

Receiving your order

Check the parcel and item when received. If a product is damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with order details and photos if available. Keep the product and packaging while we arrange the next steps.

Missed delivery or address issues

If delivery cannot be completed, contact us to discuss the available options. Any additional arrangement or charge should be explained before it is agreed.
