These terms describe shopping with Ayush Shop at https://ayushbd.com. They should be read together with our Shipping & Delivery, Refund and Returns, and Privacy policies. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights available under applicable law.

2. Product information and availability

Read the product description, specifications and available options before ordering. Photos may appear differently on different screens. If a detail matters to your purchase, contact us to confirm it. Availability is subject to stock; if an item cannot be supplied, we will discuss the available resolution.

3. Prices and payment

Product prices and any applicable delivery charges are shown during shopping and checkout. Review your order total before submitting it. Use the payment options shown at checkout and confirm any unclear charge before payment. An apparent pricing or stock error will be raised with you rather than silently changing your order.

4. Orders and customer details

Provide an accurate name, phone number and delivery address. An order acknowledgement records your request; fulfilment depends on availability and successful order processing. Contact us promptly if a detail is wrong or you need to request a change.

5. Delivery

Orders are delivered through Steadfast Courier. Delivery arrangements, charges and estimates depend on the order and destination. Please refer to the Shipping & Delivery page and any information confirmed with your order.

6. Damaged or incorrect products

If the product arrives damaged or the item supplied is incorrect, contact us with your order details and information about the issue. We arrange an exchange after reviewing the problem. Other return or refund requests are handled under the Refund and Returns Policy and applicable requirements.

7. Product use and warranties

Use products according to their instructions and safety information. Where a manufacturer warranty applies, check the product listing or contact us for its coverage. Warranty coverage is determined by the product information and applicable consumer rights.

8. Website use

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders or copy material in a way that infringes another party’s rights. Keep your account credentials private and contact us if you suspect unauthorised account activity.
